AURALIA
Foundation
Auralia Foundation is a Dutch non-profit organisation that provides free advanced classical music education worldwide to young talented musicians who have limited or no access to such education due to social, financial and/or geographical constraints.
Although general music education for youth in these regions is normally well regulated, at some point talents reach the limits of the local infrastructure. To truly develop to a professional level and make the most of their talent, they often lack teachers of the highest calibre. Lack of the right stimulation and support leads to many talents being lost at that point. Many talents feel compelled to choose other careers and their dreams fade away. Auralia Foundation strives to retain this talent for classical music and keep their dream alive.
What we do
By inspiring, encouraging and, if necessary, financially supporting young talents in classical music, we offer them the chance to get the most out of themselves. During master classes given by professional musicians, who themselves perform at the highest level, and with the opportunity to perform together with them in concerts, we create a close bond and intensive guidance necessary for the further development and retention of this talent.
Through our activities, we also hope to introduce and promote classical music to new audiences. Both the talents' immediate environment and the wider community in which they live are actively approached to come and listen. In this way, we aim to leave a lasting impression and intrinsically touch visitors.
We believe this increases social tolerance and cultural empathy within local communities.

Projects
Gallery
In March 2023, the Auralia Foundation achieved its first project. In the northwest of Argentina in the provinces of Salta and Jujuy, the renowned Argentine chamber music trio Victoria organised and performed our first master classes. It was a great success and tastes like more.
This Projects Gallery captures the essence of our foundation's mission on the one hand and the talent of our students on the other. Take a look at the gallery to witness the transformative power of music and the amazing achievements of our young artists.
